Returns


  • 30 days return policy from the date of delivery
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging
  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase
  • If a return is approved by Sunkist®, instructions will be issued to you by a Sunkist Representative
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty (30) working days
  • Contact your bank or credit card company if the refund hasn’t posted after 30 days
  • The customer may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Please ship using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in case item(s) are lost or stolen during shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
