What do I need to know about the transition between Sunkist® Foodservice Equipment and Hamilton Beach Commercial®?
In the short term, there will be no changes to item numbers, descriptions, account policies and terms.
what is the timing of the transition?
Hamilton Beach Commercial began accepting purchase orders on March 28, 2025, and started processing orders on April 7, 2025.
what if I currently have an open order with sunkist?
Sunkist will be contacting you with order status or recommendations regarding your order, which may include instructions for resubmitting your order to Hamilton Beach Commercial.
What if I submit an order to Sunkist after March 28th, 2025?
March 28, 2025 was the last day to submit purchase orders to Sunkist for them to fulfill. Hamilton Beach Commercial started processing orders on April 7, 2025.
When with Hamilton Beach Commercial start accepting orders?
After March 28th, Hamilton Beach Commercial will accept orders; however they will not be processed until April 7th.
Can I combine my Sunkist and Hamilton Beach Commercial orders?
Sunkist and Hamilton Beach Commercial orders cannot be combined at this time. Sunkist equipment and Hamilton Beach Commercial equipment must be placed on separate purchase orders. You will also receive separate invoices. We will notify you when purchase orders can be combined.
What if I already have an account with Hamilton Beach Commercial?
Please email your orders to your current Hamilton Beach Commercial order contact. Your Sunkist account number will be the same 6-digit account number as your Hamilton Beach Commercial account with “-SK” after the number (ex: 100100-SK).
